The folks in Edmonton that littered the home of the hapless kicker that missed the goal at short distance in the game against BC Lions ...folks - it's only a game

It's amazing how many people forget such a simple concept, and to them the game is, it seems, a "life or death " experience. They should not be taking anything so damn seriously.

that was a good response, that is why your recent thread Why are we here - so important
It would be super grand if this thread didn't have to be here, but from time to time we need to look into the mirror or ask our neighbors - how can we all be more caring of the feelings of others before throwing names, sticks & stones for some insignificant dispute, or a misunderstanding of another persons opinions.

you bet we do have this effect. positive, or negative. We create all kinds of "stuff" in our lives, as well as those close to us. The atmosphere around us is "supercharged" with all the negative or positive thoughts and feelings that we have, this includes water as well.

It's always a pleasant surprise when one admits their guilt, but the lawyers can't get rich with that type of attitude.

IN THE november 16 th issue of "International News" there is the case of the hero cop of of Bath by the name of BIRD had to fly his nest and move to Bristol. Sadly, some of the nasty's that wrote graffiti on his house, damaged his vehicle and tried to start fights with him while he was shopping with his wife and children were people he grew up with in the local village.

sorry for going against the grain but in my sadistic mind I actually find some humor in the fact that someone dumped a truck load of manure in front of that kicker's house. give me a chance to explain this,
now we are talking about a man that gets paid hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to kick a ball around, this guy looks like hes in his thirties so hes probably been doing this job for quite a while,
now lets look at the situation, this guy had a chance to even the score for his team and take them potentially to the grey cup if he can kick a 17 yard field goal a mere 612 inches and he choked
although i don't condone(sp) the death threats, i do think that he needed to get his dues in regards of eggings and manure dumping, you can be sure he won't be missing a kick ever again that child in grade 5 could have made

i distinctly remember an similar incident in which the security at a certain nightclub downtown must have made someone mad because they dumped a truck load of rotten apples in front of the entrance

Two new members of the "naughty" list are those two Calgary "crackers" that used the homeless man for a punching bag. Good new: Guilty. bad news: only six months
Hopefully, a few tough dudes in the slammer will show them how to be gentle.
