the house plans organized and all are waiting for them to finally come in. The builder wants to see them to make sure there is enough room carved out of the hillside to place the house(can't be put where the old house was), the people who will be outfitting the house inside want to see them to be able to pre-plan the inside of the house and to get organized with the sizes and so on and the infamous house plans are STILL not here. Everyone is getting frustrated...Mom and dad included. The small home they are in is inundated with STUFF they had had to purchase and now it is a lucky thing they are never home as there is no room for them in the home...LOL...... They come down from the barren lot dirty, exhausted even at the thought of what needs to be done.....the retaining walls that are going to need to be built, the work yet to get the lot liveable. I personally have only seen one man cry in my life...and now today I have seen another. Dad is just exhausted and is mentally done and they haven't even started building. They were hoping to never have to do this again but someone had different plans...As someone wanting to help them all I can offer is my shoulder and support when they DO need help...For those of you who still have the fire in the back of their minds...just remember there are many people still in the thick of it...unfortunately more than just mom and dad...I just wanted those to know that I do think of all of them and what they may be going thru....my heart still is with them in their struggles and my thoughts are still with a speedy finish to a tough time.......
