How much of that money is budgeted to increase water resevoirs and build dam's? Didn't the westside face severe water shortages and residences suffered along with the fish habitat. Who will suffer water shortages and pay big bucks for water in comming years? The rich mans stick ball club? I think not;; will the tax's gained from stick-ball be important when you water flow is nile at the household. BE CAREFULL a small minority is trying to take the majority for a long ride....get your services guaranteed before you approve with reckless abandon.
