a sad sad day

This is a very sad day for the Okanagan Valley. I live in Peachland and the way things are going I do not even feel safe here. My mom and sister just got evacuated from the Black Mountain area. They are comming here to stay. Who would have thought that a insignificant lightning strike would cause this much devestation.........unbelievable

This is truely a devastating day for the people of the Okanagan. We (all of BC) send our prayers out to all those affected and to all the emergency personel THANK YOU and STAY SAFE!
